Newsqueusa.com – Full Video Of Blackpool Fan Dies After Burnley Game. 55-year-old football fan has kicked the bucket in the wake of supporting a serious head injury in a battle that broke out among Blackpool and Burnley allies.
The person in question, who has been named as Blackpool fan Tony Johnson, was raced to clinic in a basic condition after the assault at 7pm on Saturday.
Police were called to reports of 15 men battling outside The Manchester bar on the Blackpool seafront after the 0-0 draw between the two clubs at Bloomfield Street.
On Monday, Lancashire Police affirmed Mr Johnson, from Blackpool, kicked the bucket in clinic short-term.
“It is accepted the fight broke out between various football fans, with Mr Johnson harmed as a feature of this episode,” said Lancashire Police. “Right now there is no idea he was explicitly designated.
